This center hosts a number of cultural activities, many promoting Afro-Caribbean music and dance. It also houses the Corporación Piñones Se Integra, a nonprofit offering alternative self-guided kayak tours of nearby mangroves. Look for the yellow building with bomba dancers painted on the front.
