Calm 10 Castle Rock Beach marks the western end of the national park. From here the path winds around the rear of houses to broad and sandy 11 Clontarf Beach. Next up is 12 Sandy Bay, 13 Fisher Bay and then the 14 Spit Bridge. Return to Manly by bus or Uber.
