Expect such delights as tequila-marinated carne asada (grilled skirt steak), mole de piaxtla (Puebla-style chicken and rice with a spicy chocolate sauce) and tacos stuffed with slow-cooked cow's tongue. Seating is limited. Reservations recommended.
