Sitting in a farmer's field, with terrific views of Strumble Head, this 5000-year-old dolmen is quite remarkable. The massive capstone seems to be only just touching the stones that it is balanced on. It's off the minor road between Trefin and Abercastle, 3 miles east of Porthgain. Look out for the small walker's signpost pointing to the farm.
