Brilliant pinot rosé (as consumed at Wimbledon!), plus shiraz, merlot and blends, and an olive-oil press. Regular concerts in summer (Missy Higgins, John Butler, Neil and Liam Finn) and the upmarket Galley restaurant for lunch (four/six courses $85/130). Worth at least two in the bush.
