This neoclassical fountain is one of New York’s largest. It’s capped by the Angel of the Waters, who is supported by four cherubim. The fountain, created by bohemian-feminist sculptor Emma Stebbins in 1868, makes a great meet-up and people-watching spot – even when it's drained of water during cold weather.
