Bay Area Discovery Museum

Below the north tower of the Golden Gate Bridge, at Fort Baker, this excellent hands-on activity museum is designed for children. Multilingual exhibits include an oversized kitchen sink called Wobbleland, an interactive outdoors exhibit emphasizing Bay Area features, and a large playground area with a shipwreck to romp around. The museum's Bean Sprouts Café has healthy nibbles.
