Battery Point Lighthouse

This New England-style lighthouse dating to 1856 still operates on a tiny, rocky island that you can easily reach at low tide. Walking around outside is free, and with the admission fee you'll get a tour of the on-site museum and tower. Note that the listed hours are subject to change due to tides and weather.
