One of several issuing from the hills above the plain to the east of Salalah, this spring trickles into a reservoir at the end of the road. The spring itself is less of a feature than the drive to reach it, as the road passes across the plain through a hidden valley of dense vegetation. It's alive with birds and insects in summer.
