Area Recreativa Doña Juana

This is an area of about 2 sq miles at the eastern end of the Reserva Forestal Toro Negro near the ranger station: this is where would-be adventurers should sally forth from. The area has picnic sites, toilets, showers, camping areas and a half-dozen short trails branching off above Hwy 143 (to the left, as you approach from Barranquitas).
