High Court

Yangon

Lording it over the east side of Mahabandoola Garden, the 1911 Queen Anne–style former High Court with its bell clock tower and rooftop lion statues was designed by James Ransome. Its facade has been given something of a facelift in recent years, and the partly occupied building now functions as a local court.

There's still much to be done to the interior and the clock is currently not working.
