Baredine Cave

Istria's West Coast

Within easy reach of Poreč, Baredine Cave has subterranean chambers with stalagmites and stalactites. The standard admission is by way of a 30-minute guided tour which takes you 60m below the surface on well-lit walkways. There's also a cave-climbing centre on-site (www.speleolit.com) and, for added thrills, a tractor museum.
