About Portia
I'm a freelance travel journalist, author and host of the Travel Goals Podcast. I'm based in Wales, and I've explored the globe for over 20 years, getting into all sorts of mishaps along the way. I specialize in adventure travel, destination guides and city breaks. My work has appeared in The Times, National Geographic, Wanderlust Magazine, JRNY Magazine and the Independent.
My other huge passion is film and TV (especially sci-fi). When I'm not writing or podcasting, I can be found hiking, swimming outdoors in icy waters or drinking endless cups of coffee in bougie cafes.
