I’m a passionate traveler, hiking enthusiast and aspiring minimalist who strives to bring only a carry-on no matter how long the trip. I’ve experienced 70 countries, and I’m always on the lookout for the best vegan pizza. I was born in California, but I’ve lived abroad for more than 10 years, mainly in Mexico and South Korea. Some of my favorite destinations are the Maldives, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. I’m an Anglophile who loves Tudor history; my dog, Dickens; and my English husband.
