I've been writing for Lonely Planet for almost 20 years, and the gig brought me from London to Cape Town, where I'm now married with two kids. After 18 years as a freelancer, I now head up the EMEA content team for the Ten Group, a leading lifestyle and travel concierge service. I've traveled overland from London to Timbuktu, which was the beginning of my interest in all things African, from music to wildlife. I'm passionate about art and culture and also love wine – I've been lucky enough to take the reins of a digital wine magazine at Ten Group.
