About Hamza
When traveling, I always favor experiences over sightseeing. I chase stories of my destination, both real and fictional, and seek out traces of the city's histories and the people behind it. I love visiting small cities or big towns that offer me the chance to travel through time and be completely engrossed in unique cultural experiences. And most importantly, they give me the space and inspiration to work on my next historical novel. I have enjoyed places like Lisboa, Seville, Florence, Jaipur, Nairobi, Marrakesh and Prague, and even cities with bigger personalities like London, Istanbul and Cairo.
