Cáceres de Leyenda
In May and June 2010, Cáceres de Leyenda offered up to five terrific nightly tours (€20) of the Ciudad Monumental which begin at the Arco de la Estrella, included street theatre by actors in period dress and ended with a tasting session of local foods. It's a wonderful way to experience the old town; check the website to see if/when the tours are still operating.
