Getting there & away
DOT LT (www.flydot.no) operates twice-daily flights between Oslo and Røros, and one flight on Sundays. You can get tickets and further information from Røros Flyservice (72 41 39 00; www.roros-flyservice.no) or book online with DOT LT.
Røros lies on the eastern railway line between Oslo (Nkr199, five hours, six daily) and Trondheim (Nkr159, 2½ hours); for Oslo, you may need to change in Hamar. The daily bus to Oslo (Nkr395, six hours) leaves at 12.40am.
