Divine dim sum draws the crowds to this clubby outpost of the multi-Michelin-starred Hong Kong chain. Order from a check-box menu of classic Canto treats (shrimp dumplings, pork buns, egg-custard tarts etc), paired with a bottomless pot of pǔ'ěr tea. Dim sum is lunch only; for dinner, expect exquisite preparations of seafood, double-boiled soups and roast meats.
Reservations are recommended if lunching on weekends. Lei Garden is atop a double bank of outdoor escalators, and has two dining areas. Go right for the main restaurant, typically busy and boisterous, or left for a calmer, more upscale setting within the Regent Beijing.
