From giant rodents on the side of a half-demolished building to lovers sharing an intimate smooth, these eye-popping creations are the colourful backdrop to everyday life in parts of London.

The best of London’s street art has been showcased in a book which chronicles the artwork that has appeared across the city in the last decade. Artists featured in the book, New Street Art, include little-known local talents Eine and Roa as-well-as  household name Banksy. Author Claude Crommelin (Aka Claudelondon) introduce next generation of millennial street artists.

The shots showcased in the book provide a glimpse into just how popular the world of street art has become, with a total of 150 artists featured. Claudelondon’s book aims to showcase ‘wonderful quirky pieces that deserve a wider audience’.

“By street art, we mean the crazy and wonderful stencils, paste-ups, paintings, and little sculptures that decorate our urban landscape,” he explains.
