Folklore Museum

Anybody curious about traditional life in Sitia should spend half an hour or so nosing around this two-storey museum in a handsome 19th-century building. Displays include the predictable: costumes, embroidery, weaving, ceramics, tools, but it's all smartly laid out by theme and, if you wish, brought to life by the friendly guide.
