Kegs above the bar at Brouwerij Troost's Bilderdijkstraat outpost deliver fresh beer to its 15 taps. Rotating varieties might include Honingblond (brewed with honey), Brunette (brown ale), Lentebier (pale ale) and Club Tropicana (sour fruit beer), alongside Troost's alcoholic lemonade and ginger beer, gins and jenevers (Dutch gins). Pair them with gourmet burgers and flammkuchen (thin-crust pizzas). Cards only.

The brewery's original location is in De Pijp, with a larger operation in nearby Westergasfabriek.
