Pu Som Restaurant

The emphasis at this shaded, fun, wood-framed restaurant is on meat, served in the local style as lâhp (a type of minced-meat ‘salad’) or néu·a·nêung (beef steamed over herbs and served with a delicious galangal-based dip). But there are plenty of non-meat dishes on the menu, too. There’s no English-language sign; look for the 'Coca-Cola' umbrella out front.
