Set up by the team from Gladioli and Tulip (both lauded restaurants in the region), this classy affair occupies an attractive 19th-century building on the main strip. It has a relaxed, understated feel, with mid-century-style furniture, and a menu of original dishes featuring seasonal, local produce; expect the likes of barbecue-chilli cuttlefish and slow-cooked lamb shoulder.
Order a few of the smaller dishes to go with a large plate, or opt for its set-menu option (four courses $69 per person). Living up to its name, it has an outstanding wine selection.
