Town Museum

Carpathian Mountains

Located inside Wadowice's former town hall (which also houses the tourist office), the Town Museum comprises the five-room exhibit 'Wadowice: The City Where Everything Started' (words attributed to Pope John Paul II, the town's most famous son). Documents, maps and artefacts dating to the 16th century feature alongside tactile and multimedia exhibits on the city's development and the pope’s pre-WWII life here.
