La Jamaca Restaurant

Ponce & South Coast

The restaurant at the La Jamaca hotel is worth the short drive out of the town center to eat at tables prettily positioned around a pool where you can cool off afterwards. The mofongo (mashed plantains with meat) is delicious and the cocktails superb. Daily specials are chalked up on a blackboard. The food is good, the location special.
