The mining village of San Cristóbal is worth a stop for the lovely 350-year-old Jesuit church. In 1999, the entire village, including the church and the cemetery, was moved 20km from its original location next to the mine by the American–Japanese mining project that took over the area digging for lead, zinc and silver.
