Hotels.com has teamed up with pop culture and design icon, Lisa Frank, and hospitality company, Barsala, to create a totally ’90s nostalgia-inducing room. Lisa Frank is best known for producing whimsical commercial designs for school supplies and other children's products.
The Lisa Frank Flat explodes with her colorful signature prints and playful characters, They are designed to make guests feel like they’ve been transported directly into a scene from one of the designer's notebooks from their childhood.
With a technicolor rainbow window display, light-up canopy bed and colourful wall mural, it's an Instagrammer's dream. The room also features trendy neon light fixtures and a bathroom that’s been transformed into an underwater dolphin fantasy world.
As an added bonus, fans who stay in the limited-time-only room can enjoy the free minibar stocked with everyone’s favourite ’90s lunchbox treats. They also get to wear limited-edition multi-pattern plush robes, slipper sets and sleep masks that they can keep as a memento.
