There’s a travel app startup on the market, and it’s the first one that lets you choose experiences and hotels with a child-free filter.

Tempted, a San Francisco-based startup created by French entrepreneur Mariam Bulin-Diarra, offers its users a wide collection of stays, trips, experiences and tours with the promise that there will be no one under the age of eighteen, around them.

The way it works is simple - you pick the location and the date of your travel, and Tempted will show you all the possibilities you can choose from in that corner of the world. Or you can browse the platform’s list of suggestions on popular destinations, like Spain, Mexico, Thailand or Japan, and trending experiences, like a guided winery tour in the south of France, an axe-throwing lesson in Poland or a personal shopping spree in Milan.

Tempted is working in collaboration with other travel platforms like Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Viator, which means that Tempted users have access, for example, to the almost 30 million properties listed on Booking that fit in with the “no children” policy.
