The granddaddy of Hong Kong's healthy and eco-conscious dining scene, Bookworm Cafe lays claim to Lamma's widest range of vegetarian dishes. We like the book-lined walls, and the shepherdess pie which went well with the organic red wine. That said, the cafe could use more serving staff. Bookworm is also a secondhand bookshop.
