Cape Bruny Lighthouse

Lighthouse in Bruny Island

Designed by colonial architect John Lee Archer, the 1836, 13m-high stone lighthouse on South Bruny is worth visiting. You can check out the inside of the lighthouse – Australia’s second-oldest – on tours with Bruny Island Safaris, or just wander around the surrounding reserve. It's technically part of South Bruny National Park, so park admission fees apply.
