Just beyond the Hotel del Coronado," this beach is consistently ranked in America’s top 10. Four-and-a-half miles south of Coronado Village is the white-sand Silver Strand State Beach. Both have big expanses of sand and uncrowded water, perfect for swimming and great for families (check ocean conditions before you swim).
