This museum, an attractive neoclassical townhouse, was the longtime home of San Juan’s beloved mayor, Doña Felisa. She presided over the growth of the city with personal style and political acumen for more than 20 years during the Operation Bootstrap days from the 1940s to ’60s. Awards, photos and several odd mannequins help tell the story of this remarkable leader.
