On a lakeshore perch, Koliba Patria's earthy decor brings nature indoors: lamps are fashioned from cowbells, and a tree appears to burst from its wooden beams and slate walls. The refined Slovak menu offers familiar dishes done exceptionally well: perfectly spiced deer goulash, zesty sauerkraut and zander fillet on a silky bed of buttery potatoes. There's an outdoor terrace, too.
The restaurant is part of Hotel Patria.
