The Korean movie Parasite made Oscar history as the first foreign-language film to win Best Picture, and it has stirred interest in Seoul as a holiday destination. If you plan to visit, here are some filming locations you can check out while you're there.

Woori Supermarket
It was suggested that son Ki-woo take a part-time tutor position with a rich family outside the Woori Supermarket, which in real-life is called the Doijissal or Pig Rice Supermarket. Owned by Kim Kyung-soon, the supermarket in the Mapo district is quickly becoming a hotspot for movie fans. Find it at 32, Songijeong-ro, Mapo-gu.

Steps to the Parks' house
When you're finished with the Woori Supermarket, another movie location can be found only one minute away. The set of steps in father Ki-taek's village where daughter Ki-jeong buys peaches and carries them to the Parks' house is located in a quiet residential area. Check them out at 3 Songijeong-ro, 6-gil, Mapo-gu.
Pizza Generation
Pizza Generation was the name in the film for real-life pizzeria, Sky Pizza, and it opened 17 years ago. Father Ki-taek folds green and orange pizza boxes in the movie, and if you visit Sky Pizza, you can see the boxes and a photo of owner Eom Hang-ki with director Bong Joon-ho on the wall. You can visit it at 86, Noryangjin-ro 6-gil, Dongjak-gu.

Jahamun Tunnel
Jahamun Tunnel features in the film when three members of the Kim family escape from the Parks' home and run down a staircase into the green-striped tunnel. The staircase is at the entrance to the tunnel, which has a pedestrian path on one side of the road. Fans of the film are now flocking en masse there for photo ops. If you want to do the same, it's located at 219, Jahamun-ro, Jongno-gu.
