It's hardly surprising that Las Vegas came in first, given its range of casinos, nightclubs and performances by A-list entertainers, as well as big-budget stage shows and seasonal casino residencies. There are enthralling Cirque du Soleil shows to enjoy, and a massive volume and concentration of the Strip's celebrity chefs, lauded fine-dining restaurants and America's favourite food franchises.
