Bao Pagoda

Shaanxi

Yan'an’s most prominent landmark on a hill overlooking town, Bao (Treasure) Pagoda dates from the Song dynasty. For an extra ¥10, you can climb the very narrow steps and ladders of the pagoda for unrestricted views of the city. The pagoda is most beautifully illuminated at night.
