ABC Cheese Factory

South Coast NSW

Jersey cattle munching in the fertile meadows beneath Mt Gulaga produce creamy, award-winning cheese at ABC's retrofitted dairy. Cheese has been made here since 1891. Today's varieties include ricotta, marinated feta and its signature Camembert-style cheese. There are free tastings in the shop.

Peer into the factory to spy milk being bottled and goat's cheese lovingly sprinkled with ash.
