Summer is just around the corner, which means it’s almost time to start cracking open bottles of rosé. To celebrate, New York’s Rosé Mansion is returning to bring some colour back into wine-tasting.

Wine lovers will know that rosé is rather en vogue at the moment and last year’s Rosé Mansion had a sell-out run. Describing itself as “the greatest wine-themed playground on the planet”, this year’s experience will be double the size, with 14 different rooms to explore, all built with Instagram in mind.

Themed rooms include a vineyard installation, lounging around in Cleopatra’s palace and a 1960s-themed room. There are also chandelier swings, treehouses, a disco ball pit and photo booths to explore. For those who want to know more about the wine, there will be lots of information on its history and background on the wine-making process.

While wine tastings are included in the ticket price, you’re also welcome to stay on and keep drinking with efforts made to make it affordable. Glasses start at US$7 (€6) each and there are a variety of bottles for under US$30 (€26.50) to try. You can also snack on tacos while you relax in the picnic area.

Tickets are on sale now and are priced at US$35 (€31) for admission before 5pm or US$45 (€40) after. Tickets include eight wine tastings, an individual glass and a souvenir pin. If you book before 21 April, there will be a US$10 (€9) discount on tickets. The Rosé Mansion opens on the second floor of the Manhattan Mall on 1 June.
