Airstream has long been known for its isntantly recognisable “silver bullet” trailer, and the company has once again leaned into nostalgia and brought back two iconic models. Bambi and Carabel, two of the company’s most beloved single-axle designs, has been relaunched for a new generation of travellers.

Transit Custom Nugget by Ford

Originally only available in Germany, this camper can now be purchased in around Europe. With room to sleep four, the Transit Custom Nugget has a double bed that folds out in the roof space, and a second one that folds out in the living area. It boasts a kitchenette, a living and dining area, as well as an outdoor shower.

Solis by Winnebago

For many people, Winnebago is synonymous with family holidays, and so it’s no surprise that this new offering is a pop-top trailer that sleep a family of four. The pop-top creates more sleeping space, but also provides panoramic views. This camper is set to be released in 2020, so start dreaming of a holiday now.

Endless Highways - The Wave by Bowlus Road Chief

Geared for a luxury market, this trailer by Nevada-based Bowlus Road Chief was inspired by luxury racing yachts and can go off-grid for a week. With an optional solar panel, the trailer could even run on battery for longer, while providing other luxuries like wall mounts for watching tablets in the bedroom and living room.

Living Vehicle 2020 by Living Vehicle Inc

The USA-based Living Vehicle Inc will release the 2020 edition of its luxury trailer, which has a luxury design and the ability to go off-grid for long periods of time. The vehicle is designed to operate on a net-zero model, which means that there is “no energy in and no waste out,” as it is powered by batteries and solar.
