The new website features a transformed flight search function, allowing customers to create bookings in one intuitive interaction and offering complete transparency around fare availability. There is also a new purpose-built online destination hub to explore the 12 Tigerair destinations across Australia, which includes a list of things to do at each destination and advice from locals.

Tigerair has upgraded its airport check-in kiosks so that customers can avoid airport queues and manage their own bookings, with the opportunity to add extra baggage, queue jump and select a seat via a kiosk credit or debit card payment. The website will also provide easier access to the 'Manage My Booking' portal for customers who have already booked a flight.

"We have re-imagined our online experience to create a one-stop-shop for all of their travel needs, from creating an easier flight search function to better managing their booking and checking in.”

The digital enhancements will be complemented by upgrades to the Tigerair mobile application over the coming months. To check out the new website, please see here.
