Taiwan Comic Base

Taipei

Taiwan Comic Base is a Ministry of Culture initiative to show off and support the island's vibrant manga industry. This small centre has a graphic-novel bookshop on the ground floor (Mandarin language only). The main attractions here are the occasional exhibitions and events on graphic novels, sometimes incorporating virtual- and augmented-reality displays on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Check their website to see what's on.
