Roskillys Farm

Top choice in The Lizard

Just outside St Keverne, this renowned organic farm produces some of Cornwall's most delicious ice cream, as well as yoghurts, fudges and sorbets and jams. It’s a lovely spot to spend an afternoon: there are several walking trails to explore, and light lunches are served at the Croust House cafe, inside one of the old farm outbuildings.

You can even watch the cows being milked. Ice-cream wise, there are plenty of Cornish-themed flavours to sample, including ginger fairing, golden fudge and cream tea.

During summer, the farm also stays open late (till 9pm) and serves delicious wood-fired pizzas from its outdoor oven, and sometimes hosts gigs too.

The farm is at Tregallast Barton, about a mile south of St Keverne. Look out for the signs as you head towards the village on the B3293.
