The last surviving WW1 warship is being converted into a Belfast museum. HMS Caroline fought in the battle of Jutland, off the coast of Denmark, and was one of the fastest warships of its time. It was used as a training vessel by the Royal Navy before being decommissioned in 2011, and around 80% of the ship is original, including the only surviving WW1 turbines in the world. The Caroline will be converted into a visitor attraction in the city’s Titanic Quarter in time for the centenary of the Battle of Jutland in 2016. Read more: bbc.co.uk
