The land around Exeter is predominantly orchard and farming country, and there are no big-name tourist attractions to claim your attention. The main excuses to pause here are to visit the Tamar Visitor Information Centre and the honey shop. South of the town, Gravelly Beach Rd will take you to Robigana (derived from the Aboriginal word for 'swans'), where the road crosses the Supply River. From here there’s a marked walking track (one hour return) beside the Tamar River to Paper Beach.
