Kraków’s John Paul II International Airport is located in the town of Balice, about 15km west of the centre. The airport has car-hire desks, bank ATMs, a tourist information office and currency exchanges.
LOT (www.lot.com) flies to Warsaw, and Ryanair has direct flights to Gdańsk. There are also direct flights from Kraków to many cities in the UK and Europe.
