Los Galgos

Top choice in Buenos Aires

A gem in the neighborhood, this lovely bar notable (historic bar) has been immaculately restored and transformed into a sophisticated bar and restaurant serving great coffee, modern Argentine food, and housemade vermouth on tap. It's open all day: come for cappuccino and a pastry, the set lunch menu, or evening drinks with a picada of meats, olives and cheeses.

There are two spaces: the Salón, the main ground-level dining room and cafe, and the upstairs Vermutería (vermouth bar), only open at night.
