Texas Prison Museum

As depressing as it is fascinating, the Texas Prison Museum doesn’t sugarcoat its exhibits, such as ‘Old Sparky,’ the electric chair once used to dispatch the condemned. Exhibits have an underlying theme of brutality, although there is little about the ongoing controversies around allegations that the state has executed innocent people in its rush to judgement.
