Life’s still a cabaret at this intimate 1912 mirrored art nouveau tent theatre, one of Berlin's most beloved venues for sophisticated song-and-dance shows, comedy and chansons (songs). Sip a glass of bubbly while relaxing at a candlelit cafe table or in a curvy red-velvet booth bathed in flickering candlelight reflected in the mirrors. Many shows don't require German-language skills.
In summer, come early and chill in the beer garden before the show starts. The entrance to the theatre is a bit hidden in the parking lot of the Berliner Festspiele Haus. Just follow the string of coloured lights from the street.
