Silent Green Kulturquartier

Berlin

This event venue is part of the historic former Wedding crematorium and presents mostly experimental music, dance and other performances in the former mourning hall with its striking acoustics. A bit creepy perhaps? But oh so Berlin. There's also Mars, the daytime restaurant and bar (www.mars-berlin.net), and outdoor movie nights hosted by the roaming Nomadenkino.

The listed 1911 building was in use as a crematorium until 2002.
